E.C. Lyons Curved Burnisher (small)

Used for flattening burrs, smoothing the plate after scraping and polishing small areas. This burnisher fits comfortably in your hand and is well suited for working our standard 4” x 6” plate. Made of high carbon steel by a well-established manufacturer in the USA. Tool is 6” long with a ⅝” diameter handle.
